Well now I'm getting a black bar in place of an ad, so yes, I'd say that's an improvement :D

GFLPraxis, Nice website but If you don't mind me commenting, I would choose more of a pastel color palette for a nintendo site. Its look too dark and aggressive with the red that you have choosen. I don't think it reflect the Nintendo players.

Just a suggestion.

Heh, Burst is known to be one of the highest paying small site advertisers, but also with the poorest fill rate (sometimes there are no ads to display), so it kind of balances out.

If Tribal Fusion accepts us we'll set it to default to TF when there are no ads to show.

Are you still getting the black bar? It should be showing ads...

Symtex- we're going for more of a blue color scheme on the blog, though it's still a bit dark. We may consider a lighter color scheme for the next redesign, but I kind of like the aggressive look :) It's like...the Mario Strikers of Nintendo sites.

I just got accepted by Burst Network. I've replaced the top banner with one from Burst...if I like them, I'll replace the sidebar tomorrow.

So far all the ads look more professional, no flashing CONGRATULATIONS sign, and they seem to be paying like five times more than ValueClick, so I'm liking. They're not gaming specific, but Burst will occasionally run targeted campaigns when advertisers ask them to so occasionally the ads will switch to all-gaming.

MUCH MUCH BETTER
