Help with ports to forward for use with transmission!!

my utorrent stopped downloading so i decided to use transmission and my problem still occured.

two days ago i had to set up a dmz for my xbox 360
could this have caused a problem??

what are the ports that need to be forwarded BTW im using a motorola SBG900 router/modem combo

I don't know. Were you able to get a connection in between the time you connected your 360 and the time it stopped working? Have you rebooted your router and/or modem?
