Help with ReCycle

Alrighty, just for a while now i have been thinking of trying to get some samples to make a beat.
I have a really cool frank sinatra song I found and would like to sample some of it, does anyone know of any good recycle tutorials? Dont worry about "Oh my, well your infringing copyrights" because im not going to release it in any shape or form. Just having fun.

Youtube has quite a few tutorials for Propellerhead products, I'd check there.
