Help with restoring from a back up

I backed up my iPhone 4 last night, so that I could restore the settings to my iPhone 4s. When I tried to restore my new phone, it didn't put my apps back into folders. Any ideas on how to fix it?

restart your computer and device and restore your iphone again. always restart everything and it might fix the problem
