Help with Sapphire RX 560 Pulse 4Gb

ASK for HELP. I bought 2 x Sapphire RX 560 Pulse 4Gb. My plan was to put these in my 2 x 5.1 Mac Pro, 6 and 4 core. From this site and Youtube I saw that this card working?! But I can't get to work? I installed High Sierra 10.13.4, 10.13.6 and 10.14.1 and prior installed firmware .89,... 140. Mojave System see card as normal with all parameters listed as normal.
BUT, I have constantly see shaking between black screen and normal but rose screen and distortion screen. Changes are fast, every second or two, so I heavely reed what is on the screen. The same thing happened on both comps and with both cards. i am using DVI to VGA converter and try with different monitors and VGA cables, but there is no changes. How is it possible that Sapphire RX 560 working in many other people cases , here or on Youtube, but not in my case? Only good screen colors was on the 10.13.4, in all other cases it is rose color dominated, and in all cases I constantly have shaking and flickering on the monitor, I can't get stable picture! I try with reset NVRAM,PRAM and SMC, but without result.
Do I have to sell RX 560s, is there lie around about these cards and their working?
If someone can give me detailed instructions what I have to do, I shall be grateful. Thanks in advance.

I have monitors with VGA and DVI, but I haven't DVI cable, but how it is possible that the same adapter working with ATI Radeon HD 5870 default factory card? Also my card is 560 not 580!

Don't know but that's the first thing I'd try. Using VGA severely degrades the quality of the image. Try to borrow a DVI cable from someone and see if it helps.

And all of this has what to do with BootRom 140.0.0.0.0 ?

Yes, I try with all BootRom till 140.0.0.0.0 and always the same problem on both comps with both graphics

^^^^You need the full installer of at least 14.1. An update won't do.

have you try one card at time see if work properly ?

yes, one card in one comp and second in other comp.

Get a dvi cable, analog video is obsolete and much worser quality with todays resolutions and screen sizes.
