I am subscribed to the cocoadev mailing list, and I'm getting close to 100 emails a day from it. So I set up a smart mailbox so they could go there instead of into the inbox, and I got it all set up and they're all going there. But instead of JUST staying there, they're also still filling up my inbox. How do I get them to ONLY go into my smart mailbox, so my inbox isn't cluttered with them?

Smart Mailboxes are just like Smart Folders: they don't have the message itself, just a filtered view of what's in the mailbox. What you need to do is set up message rules (Mail Preferences>Rules) to move--not copy--those messages to the desired folder.
