Help with syncing itunes libraries on multiple computers

OK so my issue is this I have an master itunes library on my Power mac G5 and I copied the library to my 12" powerbook. However I would like to find a solution to keep the two synced when I make a change on one or the other like adding or deleting a song. I do have a wireless network setup and Im guessing there is a way to do it over my home network?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
