I made a theme for personal use, however I tried to do It the old way I did many years ago. I know it changed for iOS 7 but I just can't seem to figure it out. Can someone help me?

why not download a theme from cydia than use something like iFile to investigate the stucture and file naming
And if you are trying to theme different icons that may not be in that theme, use icon thief to figure out its code name to add to the bundle
