Help With Transfer!!

So I've had my iTunes account set up on my home desktop PC (Windows XP).

I recently purchased my new best friend; my i7 MacBook Pro.

Anyway, I've got most of my music transferred over via WiFi and Home Sharing, but how do I get my Apps for my iPhone to transfer over.

Hi ! for all friends you can application transfer through pen drive and usb . It helps you can easily file transfer to anyone.
