D dejav macrumors newbie Original poster Nov 7, 2007 5 0 Aug 29, 2010 #1 Anyone know how to detect what file maybe hidden within an archive like a .bz2 file or .cpgz file. I have used The Unarchiver to extract but its going around in circles as the resulting file does not have an extension.
