Trying to understand the calibration process. New iphone fully charge and left the house this am at 1045 to work. Do I let it fully go and then read the usage and standby. Not really sure what all that means? Any help would be great understanding the figures

    Use iPhone Regularly
For proper maintenance of a lithium-based battery, it’s important to keep the electrons in it moving occasionally. Be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
