help with wallpaper/theme with winterboard

hey guys... i have a wallpaper i want to use with a theme that i downloaded from cydia called "stereo's leopard"... i've tried using the "user wallpaper" option on winterboard but it's not working. i really want to use this theme cause i love the icons, but i want a different wallpaper with it... could someone point me in the direction of how i can achieve this?!

1. Move "User Wallpaper" to the top of the list in Winterboard.

2. Set your wallpaper in settings.
