Help With Word 2011 Document Color Please

Any help would be greatly appreciated! The background color of my blank documents in Word has changed to a golden yellow color. If I change the background color and then click on 'No Fill' it goes back to this same yellow. I already tried resetting Word to its default settings but still have the same problem. Any suggestions out there??
