I told Siri who my girlfriend is, but we broke up. How do I remove her as my girlfriend? I asked Siri to but she said she can't, delete the contact, but if I ask Siri it still says she is.

In her contact card (your girlfriend's), edit the Relationship field.

Hm..in Siri settings, do you see MY INFO? Perhaps the Relationships are in there, my bad.

Go into your own contact card and Edit relationships.
