got this comp. second hand, long story. I do not have addministartive access.
needs a password, I do not care about anything in it. How can I errase averyting and
start new.???? I comp. STUPID.

Boot into Recovery Mode the follow the steps to reset password. This why you can reset the administrator password so you could log in that account and make your own User Admin account.
