I have just mistakenly clicked on text that appeared on top of email I was opening. It was click here to confirm you own phone to have chance to win iPad I've seen it before and avoided but wasn't paying attention this time! What have I done? Worried now re security on iPad and phone. Is there anything should do it be concerned about?

Well all they had is just a phone number. I don't think they can hack into your device. You should be fine.
