GimmeSlack12 macrumors 603 Aug 10, 2006 #2 iTunes>Preferences>iPod>Enable Disk use. Is this check on? If so, turn it off and restart iTunes. That help?

mad jew Moderator emeritus Aug 11, 2006 #3 If iTunes isn't recognising the iPod then the iPod Preferences won't be displayed. 😱 Do you have your music set to automatically sync with the iPod? Have you tried any of the iPod's 5 Rs of troubleshooting? 🙂
