Help me i have the software to jailbreak my ipod!😀. but i ran in to some trouble, when my friend hacked his iphone, it got all messed up 🙁 🙁. i really want too but i'm worried my warranty will void. Please make sure that reds0w 2 is safe and will not mess up my ipod touch.

if any thing goes wrong you can just go into dfu mode and restore it back to factory settings

If you are not confident that you know how to restore your iPod if something does go wrong, then in my opinion, you shouldn't do a jailbreak.
