helpful keyboard shortcut

Can somebody here show me a few handy keyboard shortcut for working in mac snow leopard. keyboard shortcut such:

- closing dialog and window
- minimize window
- minimise all window and return to dock.

I've checked mac OS x help file, and found out alot of useful shortcut key except the above which i can't find.

Please share some experience.
