So, has anyone had experience with the Henge docks? On Amazon they aren't rated the best, but in theory it would work great for me. I could have my 360 on one side of my monitor/TV, and I could dock my Macbook Pro when I want to use that with the big monitor. I'm just worried about it destroying my Mac and/or not working well.

Yea, none of those really address my questions about if it damages the MBP or if it actually works well.
Why would you think it would damage the MBP? They wouldn't be able to sell any if it damaged the MBPs that it's designed to work with.

In my experience they work as promised, however it's really easy to scratch your computer putting it in and out.
Some of them also are not the best quality in terms of the cast plastic mold. You can sometimes see the joints where the plastic fits together quite well.
