I'd like to see the return of Apple Mail remembering previously used folders for moving emails instead of me having to open the Move drop menu, find the folder and click on it. This is a feature I used all the time. And now it's gone on my MacBook Pro (but curiously, not on my iPhone). I reported this TWO YEARS ago to Apple with no resolution.

One of the most important features in 15.1 is the ability to store downloaded games/apps from App Store on external drives.

I just hope the update to 15.1 does not slow the os down because of the AI luggage being added on... I am on 15.1 beta 5 right now and everything was fast up until this latest update. And I am on a m2 mac studio....

Looking forward to trying out Apple Intelligence especially Photos clean up. Drag and drop support for iPhone mirroring will be very useful.

I don’t want to jinx anything, but right now it appears that my DNS and firewall problems have been fixed. The firewall interface still is broken but at least my emails load properly again and all applications seem to have internet access … at least I hope.

No... we can't have those either, but should pay more than the US users... weird time to be an Apple customer.
Good point. I for one decided not to upgrade to Sequoia/iOS 18 until these issues are sorted out, because no one really knows what features are supposed to work or not in the EU (and other regions)- which seems quite chaotic to me. It’s totally up to us, the customers, to support Apple‘s practice of restricting a large portion of their users to a limited selection of features while asking the same or even higher price for their hardware.

Notably absent from Apple's features: bug fixes.

Guess having a stable system doesn't offer Cook a path for subscription revenue in the future, unlike Apple Intelligence.

Seriously! I'm constantly getting "This site can’t provide a secure connection, ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" on numerous websites

I've run into similar problems with Little Snitch on Sequoia

Bug fixes aren't features, which is why you won't find them under the "new features" heading

What a telling example of the future of AI. You can remove the human from the picture, leaving only fictional cardboard cutouts in your memory.

Just hoping for a fix to the network stack. These constant disconnects on file copy operations is no bueno.
