Hi all. With all the excitement and stress, I completely forgot to post this in the public chat. Sorry all.
Anyways, here is a little update on Macman45 and I:
On Wednesday 23rd August, Macman45 and I were joined in marriage in my hometown of Weymouth!
Well folks the big day finally arrived, and what an absolutely wonderful and magical day it was!
I had led my Jeff to beleive that I would be wearing something Gothic styled in purple, black and perhaps red. I also told him many months ago that I NEVER wear white! I am sorry to say that this is the only time I have lied to my new husband. It was totally worth the effort, as Jeff was delighted when he saw me in white.
We had a simple ceremony at the local registry office. I arrived riding pillion on a Virago 1100cc custom trike. I wore a simple while lace dress and Macman45 wore a black evening suit, with a black shirt and piano tie.
After the ceremony, with many a tear shed in joy, we went for a short stroll to have a few more photos then off to The Lugger Inn for an evening party.
We danced, we laughed, we drank and we ate!
Jeff and I were absolutely shattered by the time we made it home. I myself had somehow managed three entire bottles of sparkling wine, (Proseco), and was still standing. The next day we both were still bloomin knackered!
There are so many kind people on MR, that I cannot name everybody, but I shall single out a couple of stars for attention:
