It will have whatever the iPod touch has plus extra. So there will be 2 cameras on it. In this day in technology, there are cameras on everything. It's basically 1984.

I'm also kind of wondering if they'll gimp the whole thing in general. Apple will come up with a way to make the bigger iPad still look attractive. And Apple is definitely creative enough to do that.

I don't think that way. I think the ipad is great, but it is not the end all of computer evolution. I just don't see the future in a 7" peace of crap that is not as powerful, and not as expensive because things had to be left out to make the Apple profit margin. MY opinion is that Apple will venture into products that make the same or a larger margin, what incentive is there for them to introduce a product with a smaller profit margin?

There is ZERO incentive for them to get into a 7" device price war, which is why they won't do it. Every is pulling random fantasy prices out of the air as if Apple can magically will a device into being, sell it for next to nothing and still maintain its current level of profitability.
