Here is something that just happened to me for the first time and is very interesting. I think it points more towards a firmware bug than an App bug. I was registering my son in school and was bored in line so I decided to play a game of Radius. I tapped on the app and the splash screen showed, then the screen that says 'Tap screen to start'. After I tapped the screen the Moonlight Mahjong instructions screen was shown and said 'Tap to Continue'. After I tap the Mahjong game started instead of the Radius game. I tried two or three more times and the same thing happened. Once after the splash screen it just went back to the iPhone screen. After resetting the iPhone the game started and played correctly.
