So at the southcenter Apple store in Washington I went in line at 6:50 pm.
After waiting for 5 hours the whole room (almost packed) was told that they cannot process the orders and we would be given either a free case or $15 itunes giftcard tomorrow when you come in and get our reserved phones.
This was at 11:15.
