My only interest for the upcoming iPhone is the 48 megapixel sensor, high refresh rate display, the macro lens, and I guess the new color. My first iPhone was 12pro Blue and I was not happy when the 13 came out with photo styles, macro lens, a better blue color option, and of course high refresh rate display. So I am pretty hype for the 14pro or Promax. Will be needing a 512gb or 1T this time.

How long did you use it for.

I got used to both things within a few days.
I agree. I think the notch is absurd, but got used to it pretty quickly. That being said, we all get used to things -- terrible or not -- pretty quickly!

If the bezels are indeed smaller..than, the pro models having the same display size...they should be a little shorter and narrower than ip13 pros

Give me an iPhone with Touch ID on the power button, full screen, between 4.7-5.6 inches, a dual camera setup, and no awful notch. (I HAVE to see the battery percentage 24/7.) I will glady upgrade from my 7.

So far there are only giant heavy phones, a weird notch screen design and Face ID if you want a decent camera. Really want somthing between the SE 3rd gen and the 13 mini.
I said the same on twitter and for some reason It wasn't well received. samsung did it with s10e and i know apple can do it.

Yawn. They need to kill bugs, and fire worthless managers and developers who create the bugs.

Not just battery %, but alarms, sleep/other focus enabled etc…
Here another hanging on with a 7 waiting for a good and practical upgrade.

What's with the obsession of people needing to see the battery percentage all the time? What's the use case? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having a toggle to show it or not...just curious what the use case is.

Swipe down a cm/inch or so to peek at the percentage in the Control Center (don't lift up your finger), then swipe back up. That way you aren't fully opening the Control Center, so no need to reach all the way to the bottom of the screen to close it.

Honestly. It is more just how ridiculous it is that they removed a great feature for NO reason.

It was nice but I like not having to worry about the Battery percentage. Still a choice should be given. Have disabled % on all my devices. I get new batteries every year as long as the device in under warranty / insurance. Much better that way. 1 year is more than enough time for significant battery degradation. Easier to get done on iPhones, very difficult on iPad unless you have apple care + and butter fingers

No need to reach down, the Control Center can be closed by tapping on the background, including at the top.

The back and the sides of 14 Pro Max look same as 13, except for the camera bump on 14. Much bigger. Other changes on the front only. Excited to see the new iPhones.
