Good Lord! It tells all kinds of new things about what is going to be shown...and if you look close you may find some clues to future hardware(near future) ....i found this without even looking....." Apple offers supercomputing performance to both consumers and professionals with Velocity Engine and the PowerPC G4 processor in its entire line of desktop computers." last i checked the ibook still had a G3???

Last I checked the iBook wasn't a desktop computer. :)
we all knew it was coming but this soon?
try reading info on what you're ranting about and you might not sound so sophemoric
Just to let you know, it's spelled "sophomoric." Thank you for the advice, though.

C'mon people! No need to get so worked up about things like this! And people wonder why wars are started over such stupid things....:p We are all here because we like the same thing, and I'm not saying we should all agree, but don't go down to this level (The spelling of 'sophomoric' for example), makes us look like a bunch of geeks or something :) Anyhow, back on topic!

And let's face it, if I log into the internet to check my account balance, or file an insurance claim, or run apps from a centralized system or database and they don't work because my iMac isn't compatible with M$ C# language, or wahtever the solution may be, I'd sell the computer. Most everyone would. To think that Apple is independent......anyway.

Actually M$ has planned to use SOAP and XML for other platforms to access .NET and from the Unix side, a linux developer (Miguel de Icaza) is building support for C# in Unix systems, since its GPL, Apple could use it if they wanted to.
