"Update 2: Based on different dates listed on Apple's website in different countries, it seems the release window for ‌iOS 14‌ is now between 11:30am-1:00pm Pacific / 2:30pm-4:00pm Eastern"

Um, that seems like a massive guess. I mean, other websites say "Autumn".

It is being deployed in reverse COVID order... US will therefore receive the update last

Macrumors creating panic for no reason. Apple said it will be released today but not at any specific time.
If anyone in this thread would have read the Macrumors article, it CLEARLY states:
"
Although there's no exact time for the release, major Apple OS updates usually arrive at around 10.00 a.m. Pacific Time, so if you want the latest features on your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Apple TV, then make sure you have your device on and connected to Wi-Fi.

"

This is just based on past download times. It's not set in stone, and they explicitly say so.

That works, as on Dubai site it says 16/09 and on Indian site it says 17/09 and the time difference falls into this time slot.
