Here's When to Expect Apple Intelligence to Launch on the New iPad Mini

I’m going to be harsh here but this is just embarrassing at this point with the “rollout” of AI. Why the rush to release this iPad if it was just a press release? Wait until the end of the month when 18.1 is supposed to release. It’s been three years, would two more weeks really matter? Or, don’t advertise how it’s “built for apple intelligence” when it’s not here yet. Just silly.

Apple will have their Oct 30th event, they didn’t want to announce this lame upgrade of a device on the 30th and taking away from the spooky powerful new line of devices including the Mac mini. That’s why it was rushed to be announced before that event.

Weird angle for an article. Apple Intelligence will be available for all (supported) iPads at the same time.

i really doubt Apple is staggering the release to make money lol

they got caught out. Microsoft, Google, Nvidia are way ahead of them on AI. Apple are playing catch up.

And why are they trying to catch up? To make money. That's still the same objective.

I think my favorite thing about all this is seeing all those commercials from Verizon and T Mobile about the new Iphone 16 Pro and Apple Intelligence knowing it's not actually out yet and it's all false advertising. I wonder what Steve Jobs would say about this company if he saw this happening.
