I wish we had that watch face. I would just like a square analog watch face for my square watch. Not the round watch faces for my square watch. Round pegs square holes, toddlers have figured this **** out!

Meanwhile on Android Wear, nothing happens...

On the contrary, many interesting things happen on Android Wear.

Last year, Google teamed up with designers to create custom watchfaces that are free to download. Designers included Asics, Harajuku Kawaii! by ASOBISYSTEM, Mango, Melissa Joy Manning, Nicole Miller, Ted Baker, Vivienne Tam, Y-3 and Zoe Jordan.

Major designers creating Android Wear watches include Tag Heuer, Michael Kors and Fossil.

Not to mention all the beautiful classic round watches available, and watches with built-in LTE.

Zara did probably the best-looking of all of them. But that's very individual.

I really want that Hermes Watch face without the price tag of a Hermes Watch.
I like most of the Hermes watches I've seen. But I live more of a Sport Apple Watch lifestyle than an Hermes one, so I can't really justify the cost of an Hermes watch or even a band. Especially when my original stainless Apple Watch is still going strong and still gorgeous with the bands I bought when I first got it.

I also own the Stainless Watch. I think it could easily last past Watch OS4. I really grew to like my Apple Watch and it's strongest feature, in my opinion, is how well it operates with the iPhone (Aside from the health features).

I agree. When I hear the naysayers go on about what a failure it is, it just boggles my mind. I have been using Android phones recently and have a Gear S2 I like very much. But there isn't anything that beats how well my SE and my Apple Watch work together. Even more amazing was how flawless the handoff to my Sport watch was for the brief time I was using two Apple Watches. (My daughter now has my gold Sport).

Maybe wearables overall won't ever be super popular. But the Apple Watch is tough to beat. And it can't be that unpopular. I see them around a lot now.

I think in terms of hardware, Smart Watches are expensive. The Apple Watch Stainless is no exception at $600.00. That said, Apple's Products tend to last longer than others and the Apple Watch seems like it could have a long life ahead of it. I plan on keeping mine until Gen 3 Watch arrives. I own the regular and black stainless. I didn't purchase the Gen 2 Watch, being the exact same resemblance wasn't enough for me to spend another $600.00.

And the GPS and water resistance isn't enough to warrant an upgrade. But none the less, the Watch has picked up in popularity, which is both for fad and user preference with notifications/fitness.

You pay a premium for Apple products, but the payoff is Longevity and continued OS support (Hopefully).

I think I will get the Nike sport version or any new sport version in the summer so I can use it in the pool. I'm not using my SE or any iPhone at the moment. But the SE is my ideal perfect phone for my summer clothing (it fits great into my shorts and capris pockets and goes into a beautiful little gold wristlet case when I wear summer dresses). I think one of the new waterproof watches will be a great partner to my SE for warm weather use.

Someday I might get a Hermes band for my stainless. I do have some fall outfits that would look amazing with their leather bands.

I have somewhere around 25 different bands and rotate them daily. I'm trendy and keeps the Watch refreshed. That's also one of my favorite likes about the Watch.
