I ordered a refurb 2009 macbook pro a little while ago.
From a refurb company I have dealt with before.
I bought my imac and my 17" pre unibody macbook pro from them without problems.
So when they offered me a newer pro I thought ok yeah.
But Hermes seems to have "misplaced" it.
They keep giving the refurb company the run around and keep giving them different dates for delivery.
The refurb company have been requesting compensation from hermes at which point they "find" it and give a new date.
Still nothing, sadly I requested a full refund from refurb company which they are processing.
Hermes is not forth coming with compensation though and still giving me and my supplier dates which keep changing.
I'm not happy as not Pro laptop and supplier not happy as out of pocket.
Anyone else had hermes problems?
