Anyone had a watch strap (or anything else) delivered by this company?

Apple website advises me it's been shipped via UK Mail, but when I enter the tracking number I to the parcels app it tells me it's being delivered by Hermes?

HATE this company, I live in a block of flats and when i'm not in they just leave outside main door (anyone can see or take) and I have had packages stolen, they leave no notes and I have told them NOT to do this.

Here is hoping they do not deliver my watch haha

They left a apparently Hut Group parcel behind my bin the other day (at the front of house), it went missing so they sent a replacement which they left in my back garden.

Ordered an item from Next, left it behind my bin again.....

Oh dear haha, they are useless - and when they do leave a note they pu not detail on the card, just post a blank card, so pointless!

No idea what's going on, text from Apple sayings it's been dispatched and will be delivered tomorrow, website says estimated delivery 9th June

Hermes (UK)

Had my Apple watch delivered today by this courier - UK Mail are part of a group including iPostParcels and Parcel Pete. They give you an hour delivery slot once the tracking is working (same day as delivery) plus you can request a text message and email to be sent when your the next delivery.

I'm pretty impressed, easier to manage than UPS! Sounds like the deliveries app isn't recognising the tracking number correctly.

Try tracking via the UK Mail website!
