I'm on a computer with no quicktime at the moment though, so I cant watch it off apple.com, Im dying to see it anyone can help me out? possibly a download link?

The only place i've seen with the full non-stop presentation (including the misbehaving guitar and balloon test) is on Apple.

all I have is Windows media player at the moment, I cant download anything else because Its someone elses PC, I really want to watch this

It might have been uploaded to youtube in a bunch of different segments by now.
Otherwise just install itunes if your friend doesn't already have it, go to the itunes store, search apple keynote and download the wwdc 09 one. if it doesn't show up on the list click subscribe and it should download the newest one.
then delete it when your done to not annoy your friend.
