So, I will be building an app soon. Basically I want it to be like a "book", and whats you open it the app will provide a scrolling page with chapter titles. You would click on a chapter title, it would provide a brief summary of what was about to be shown on the video, and then also i would like a video file beneath the summary that can be accessed.

How hard would something like this be?

And, are the videos saved in the app somehow? Not to sure how that would work out.

    Thanks everyone.

would be easy. i would imagine the video files would have to be loaded from online.

Well, what u could do, is try to find the public project on github called LeavesView :) this is a library for iBook flipping kind off. Currently PDF/Images support, but I edited it, with my own stuff.
Think this might be what ur looking for, and u could post the vids inside ur app, as long u don't go over the limit..
