"Hey Siri" deactivates itself

Hey,

I don't know if this behavior is normal but "Hey Siri" always deactivates itself!

Can anyone confirm this?

Is it when my iPhone restarts?

iPhone 6S + on 9.3 Beta 6. This has happened to me also. It's interesting to see that it's not necessarily just the beta.
 
I'm on 9.2.1 and this happened on my phone me too (6s+)

I tried to set it up a few times and nope still the same thing..

Edit: it's not that I use "Hey Siri" all the time, but it's a nice to have and I remember "Ok Google" never failed!

This! Same for me!

Besides, sometimes the dictation function doesn't work. The microphone next to the space bar is greyed out. Does anyone have the same?
 
Same here had to restart the device and setup again. It would not go through the setup until I restarted. Maybe something server side since happening on 9.2.1 as well?
