"Hey Siri" doesn't work in pocket

Anyone know if they fixed so hey Siri activates through the EarPods in line mic yet?

Hey Siri works for me when it is in it holster. The screen is faced inward and is completely covered and Hey Siri not only works but I use it all the time.

Hey Siri only works when your iPhone is charging. That's why it won't work in your pocket.

Bro , hey Siri option works at anytime in iPhone 7 and 7plus not just when charging, and Siri doesn't respond when phone in pocket or face to table .

Hey it's okay, everybody makes mistakes. I'm sure there wasn't anything malicious or deliberate.

We see it all the time. Old PPC threads from 2004 reopened. "Have you tried updating to El Capitan?"

I know, nothing negative intended. Just curious on how these old threads are found and used as a first post so often.
