Hey Siri feature

Does anyone know why the "Hey Siri" feature responds to "Hey Sarah".

It shows on the display "Hey Sarah" so it isn't a recognition issue.

It responds to all kinds of words so it's often activated unintentionally. I've turned it off after it happened about half a dozen times.
