Hey Siri, How Old Am I? Some iPhone Users Given the Wrong Age [Fixed]

Of all the things Siri sucks at, I think this is the one I care about the least.
I know how old I am, I just want to be able to set a timer the first time around every time.

Maybe it's finally time for the Siri coders to give up and start supporting a new command: "Hey Siri, ask Alexa..."
My birthday is in October and Siri is calculating the wrong age.

I put my friends' babies in my contacts so I'd remember their birthdays. It's really dumb when I ask Siri their age in a rush and she just replies "zero." Thanks. Real helpful.
Or……. You were really adopted, and siri knows more about you that you think.
For example, while my birthday is in April and I am still 27 years old for a few more months, Siri tells me that I am already 28 when asked.
You are much nearer to being 28 years old than 27. To the nearest integer, Siri has correctly rounded up your age.
Between 1 day and 11 months, but not a year.
I have not tested. Part of why I sold my Home Pod Minis was because I linked all my profile information, followed the personalized results steps, and Siri still said it did not know who I am, so I cannot imagine this would fare much better.
You just reminded me of the other reason I sold my Home Pod Minis. If I had my phone, I would not be asking Siri on my HPMs.
It feels like Siri has somehow become less amusing and way less useful over the years.

Waiting for someone to point the finger at Apple pandering to certain other cultures. For example, while most people consider age at birth to be zero, for the Chinese, being born means automatically turning one. Additionally, another year is added to a Chinese person's age on his or her first Lunar New Year's Day.

HomePod and tv couldn’t tell me my age. iPhone got it wrong. My birthday hasn’t occurred yet this year
