Hey Siri not setting up

In trying to set up hey Siri on my 6s plus but I keep getting the message 'sorry I didn't get that'

Siri works fine when pressing the home button and recognises my voice.

I've tried switching on and off a few times but no joy.

I hope I haven't got a faulty phone.

I'm having the same problem on my 6s+
