We thought this "Hey Siri" demo video was pretty cool.

Yeah, Siri isn't very faithful to me. In fact, she seems a little too eager to receive another man's attention... my 6s+ was sitting on my desk while I watched this video and answered to both "Hey Siri" calls in the video. We thought this "Hey Siri" demo video was pretty cool.

People need to realize that the pause after "Hey Siri" is not needed. Just say it all in one sentence.
Is there any option to activate "Hey Siri" even though the iPhone is locked? It works when my iPhone is unlocked, but then it's locked (and screen is off), it does not work.. Would be even more useful If I hadn't to turn it on and unlock every time.
I find it rather funny while watching this video, when he activated hey Siri on the smaller iPhone, it activated my hey Siri on my 6s+ right when he said it while I was watching the video
Do you even have "hey Siri" turned on? It works with the phone locked, that's kinda the whole point of it. To be hands free.
You can even see in the video the phones are locked and Siri activated.
Mine is actually turned on, I trained it. Works when the phone is unlocked but not locked.. so not sure what's going on.
Same here until I did this: Settings/Touch ID & Passcode/Siri. Set to on and Siri will activate when iPhone is locked.Mine is actually turned on, I trained it. Works when the phone is unlocked but not locked.. so not sure what's going on.

I set mine up and I thought it would only recognize my voice but I had two people try it and it activated with their voices.
It doesn't work if the screen is locked. Kinda defeats the purpose. :-( they should change that with a software update.
I actually discovered this. Siri doesn't respond to me very well like it did in the video here. As log as I say an entire sentence, it works much better. Still not flawless, but I'll live.People need to realize that the pause after "Hey Siri" is not needed. Just say it all in one sentence.
There is a setup process. Again, once you've run the setup, you're all set (link fingerprint scanner). It has you say "Hey Siri" three times and then a phrase once or twice.I may be wrong, but siri has to learn your voice patterns before it will only activate with your voice.
