iPhone "Hey Siri" Working Unplugged in iOS 8.2

I have noticed that "Hey Siri" is working on my phone all the time now -- even when unplugged.

I thought maybe, after charging overnight, this was a bug but I rebooted my iPhone 6 Plus and verified again that it is working.

Speaking of this, it reminded me one time when I had my phone in charging and I was watching The Apple Byte video from CNET. Brian Tong said Hey Siri and my phone started up listening. lol

I've had Siri trigger from all sorts of random things, including one time when I was charging my phone in class while we had a guest speaker talking about suicide prevention.
