I used hey Siri in my truck, driving down the road to get directions. It worked despite the road noise.

When Siri works for me, it works perfectly (now I know the command to send a text).

Unfortunately, there are also times when it won't work perfectly. Or badly. Or at all.

I find I have to reboot the Watch at least every 1-2 days to keep Siri in action. It's not the end of the world, but it is a slightly irritating glitch. Other than that I haven't had too many problems with mishearing, etc.

When she works, she works pretty well. But I have had a quite a few times when she won't activate, or doesn't respond to anything I say. I guess rebooting fixes it, but it's been frustrating, since I never know for sure if she'll work, which makes me less likely to want to use the feature. It doesn't seem to matter whether I use "Hey Siri" or press the digital crown -- they both fail sometimes.

I find "showing off" features like that will only result in even more ridicule if you are a cocky ass about it. If you just try and use it normally, if it doesn't work people don't normally notice.

I have had the opposite experience. I feel like Siri works better on the watch than my iPhone.

I also experience the same. Siri on watches understand me almost 100%, 5% more than the phone.

One thing I noticed when someone showed me it wasn't working for them.

They were saying hey Siri too soon, if you say it just as the screen turns on it may not work, wait until you fully see the screen on;)

Also saying hey Siri and then pausing too long has issues, I usually say everything at once no pause after hey Siri.

I've also had problems with Siri not responding to 'Hey Siri', I noticed that in the settings for Siri on AW it says 'Just say "Hey Siri" after waking Apple Watch'. Anyone else thought this feature worked just by saying 'Hey Siri' without waking first - or was it just me?

It's obvious that that is required now I think about it

Been playing with the watch more and Siri is one of my biggest frustrations, particularly Hey Siri. It just plain doesn't work most of the time. I'm thinking about shutting this feature off and saving battery as it's basically useless.

Using the crown to activate Siri is better though not perfect. It's pretty slow at times, while pretty good other times. Really annoying to send a text and have to press send as text every time.

Siri on the watch seems to be particularly effected by background noise. In a quiet room it works much better. Even just slight noise causes it to just sit there and hang.

I really love the Siri functionality on the watch. I wish you could say 'hey siri' anytime, though. Having to flick your wrist up when you want to use it is ok, but I don't see the problem having it on all the time. My watch battery usage is excellent btw.

I've also noticed the delay at times. Can't wait for OS 1.1. LOL
