Hi, I have been using my skype account for a very, very long time. So long, that I don't even re- member when I setted up; but I think around 2005. I skype with my contacts, but I do have skype credit as well; to be able to call regular phone numbers. A week ago, I was doing a phone call. Suddenly, the call, a very important call for me, was cut off. I tried to figure out what may have happened and asked myself why I couldn't call any number and use the service as I was doing before. It took some patience and some googling to figure out, that the phone was blocked. Skype offers an almost endless questionnaire to be filled out to check one's identity. This questionnaire, in my opinion, asks questions that I feel are private. They ask me me for bank details and contacts' information, as well as the numbers I have called. As I refused them to give that information, they have told me the information I sent does not match their records and therefore my account will still be blocked. I wonder if I have any rights to prevent my account from staying blocked. I can log in to my account as usual, but it will not allow to do calls using skype credit. And the money, the skype credit I have paid, could I get it back? Thank you in advance, kind regards, igmolinav : ) !!!
