Hi-Res videoclip exporting in iWeb 08?

Dear Gentlemen,

right now I finished my 2 min. clip on iMovie. I want to put it on iWeb. But in high resolution. I tried to export it "iWeb-friendly", but it look very pathetic.

What are the options to export it for hi-res?
