I got mine at eBay it was a risky buy. After numerous analysis of sellers' feedback and reputation I went ahead and got a used iPhone 6S 128GB for like $469.

It was one of the best deals of my life. I can't be happier, hence this high GB model runs at almost $1k.

I looked up this iPhone sale. What I would focus on, is a seller that has 100% feedback and has actual photos (Not generated) of the iPhone, and is a long time seller. If you look at the negative feedback on the seller on the iPhone the listing you posted, there is some really horrific stories and reviews on there. Also, if you can focus on an iPhone that ships within United States, I think it would help eliminate some of your issues that you could encounter out of the Country.
