Hidden Apps?

Before iOS 4, I had more apps than I could fit on the screens, (just used the search to find them) however now I've put them all in folders I'm down to 3 pages, is there any way I can make the apps that are "hidden" (apps that I downloaded when there wasn't any screen space for them) come back on my screen so I can put them in folders too?

I would just reset my iphone (holding down power and home button) and they would show up after I deleted an app for space. Not sure if this works the same way with the update.

I didn't even think about that. I have a bunch of apps on the last page that I rarely ever use. Will be nice to free up that page by making a folder.
