So here’s something odd. Open the Watch App on iPhone and keeping tapping ‘Featured’.

An App Store appears.......but then reverts back.

Something coming soon?
 
Looks like a glitch. Featured just links to the App Store anyway. They'll probably just will re-label 'Featured' to 'App Store', because of Native Apps, maybe scrap 'Explore' as its just videos for the watch, kinda pointless.

Sorry guys. Damn Tapatalk kept erroring when posting. Didn't realise it actually created the threads.

Clearly Apple are going to reshuffle the Watch App to include a dedicated App Store.....and rightly so.

The tapping of Featured must be a secret way to activate it for testing.
 
This has been going on since iOS 8.3. Tapping on the bottom is a way to refresh the content (works in iTunes.app and App Store.app as well) and I am guessing the hard-coded part of the watch app is to show settings and the store only. Then, after refreshing, more data is pulled, telling the app to show search and the explore tab as well.
 
I know it refreshes the content but that's not what I'm trying to highlight.

Keep tapping on an icon and an App Store icon appears.....then it disappears again.

I'm super confused about everyone's screenshots. Doesn't the watch app show my watch, featured, search, and explore for you guys on the bottom?

Edit: I was able to make it appear now. Seems like it's just a new design
