Hi-
I discovered that my (2008 -OS10X?) Mac Desktop dumps a lot of large hidden files on my camera memory card when I download pictures. I have been deleting them using my Windows laptop. Is there a way to view and delete these files using the Mac?
Thanks!

most FTP programs will show hidden files. Try Filezilla or Transmit. It should be under the "View" menu.

Cyberduck lets you see hidden files but I don't think it has a browser that shows your HD.

There is an app to remove OSX hidden files. Its called hidden cleaner.

Works really well. I use it to clean out my PSP memory stick after adding files and removing them. Saved me about 15 megs of my 8 gig card once form all the old hidden files from old files that were long gone.
