Hidden files on server

I have hidden files on a file server that i cannot see from my Mac but can view with a pc. any suggestions or settings i can use to find these files. they are word documents and shouldnt be hidden from the start. Im not sure what happened, but i really need help on this one.

I know you can use terminal to get to the file, but changing it back i have no clue.
