Resolved Hidden folder - not hidden in Dock

I hid a folder using the chflags Terminal command. This folder is in one of the folders i keep in the Dock. In the Finder the folder is hidden - in the dock folder it shows.

Does anyone know of a way to make it also hidden in the Dock folder ?

Update. Mysteriously, 2 days later, the folder is now hidden in the Dock. No idea why - it just happened 🙁

Maybe all you had to do was restarting the computer (and with that the dock) to see the new change?
